Working days and Hours: Monday to Friday – 9:00-5:00pm , excluding Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays.

Delivery Times

Small orders under 5kg in weight, we try to offer a speedy next full working day dispatch delivery service.

All items currently stocked are dispatched within 1-3 full working days using UK courier services.

Items on backorder, delivery times can vary based on how quickly we can restock the items and ship them out. If you would like additional delivery information on specific products, please Contact Us detailing your requirements.

Delivery Locations

We offer a service using UK couriers to deliver into known UK mainland addresses. Excluded from this are the Scottish Highlands where couriers’ services cannot be guaranteed for specified days. Some locations may also carry a surcharge depending on specific size and weight of goods ordered. In these cases additional courier charges will need to be applied.

We are currently unable to deliver to the Isle of Scilly, Jersey, Guernsey, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, and the rest of Europe, unless we can obtain up to date cost from our shipping agents regarding required parts weights and sizes. Therefore full address details are required for this service, will be subject to our DBS quotation general terms and conditions.

If a customer is not present on the day goods arrive, the courier will provide a calling card or phone customer mobile number to obtain further instruction.

As this is designed to prevent items being lost, if the courier is unable to make contact, then the customer should contact the said courier to arrange a suitable delivery date.

When placing any order, it is the customers responsibility if they require the goods to be left unattended, to make this clear on DBS order foot note. This needs to be transcribed to provide details of a safe alternative for couriers to leave goods, when customer is away from delivery address. Subject to couriers terms and conditions.

Fragile Goods
Any solar panels or items associated that could be classed as fragile goods, will be packaged to make sure they arrive in A1 condition.

Items larger than 1m length
Most couriers will not accept items longer than 1m in length, these are often cubed to bring in line with space needed on vehicles. In these cases, we use specific courier services, who charge according to this delivery service.

Pallet Deliveries
Many products require specialized pallet services to aid safe delivery of large and heavy parts. These are usually sent out on a 1–3-day service depending on location and size of pallet.

Orders
We have been helping customers in the solar industry for over 20 years. Providing renewable equipment goods and services, we know many of the leading solar equipment manufactures personally and have a very good relationship. We try our best to keep many of the fast-moving products in stock, but at times we may be waiting for stock to arrive. Should our customers want a product quickly, we can order equipment direct on behalf of our customers.

STOCK

We try our best to keep up to date with the STOCK control of products listed online, if the stock availability on our site is incorrect, when customers place orders. We would then notify those customers within 24 hours.

BACK ORDERS

Should a product be on BACKORDER, then this means it will be available for our customers to purchase. When placing an on line order for those products, customers should understand a delay in delivery may occur, the products stated as backorder will be purchased by Dragons Breath Solar with the sole reason to fulfill our customers back order. Therefore we reserve the right, not to accept that any backorder can be returned to our company for credit, once those products have been ordered externally by us.

All parts sold are dispatched using standard courier services to UK mainland postal addresses. Collection of items from our address are strictly prohibited.
